20世纪20年代,著名教育学家华生创立了行为主义学说。在他的理论里面指出,人类的思维和外界环境经过强化而得到良好的行为结果。这也叫做“刺激--反应”。这给我们教育一个重要的启示:学生在日常生活学习过程当中,有着积极向上的行为,也有消极错误的行为,那么我们就要对学生的积极行为及时给予表彰和鼓励,对他们消极错误的行为,尽量使用少的惩罚,用淡化的方法消退这些不良反应。通过这样的强化手段,创造最佳的学习环境,增强学生的学习内部驱动力。我们根据这一理论,在低年级有意识创设良好的倾听环境,培养学生的倾听能力。
