职业指导作为一种服务方式在高校越来越受到重视,它关系到高校人才培养质量,也关系到学生的职业前途。高校对职业指导教师的素质提出了更高的要求,因此,高校职业指导教师必须具备相关的素质才能够胜任本工作。
As a way of service, vocational guidance is paid more and more attention in colleges and universities. It is related to the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities and the career prospects of students. Colleges and universities put forward higher requirements on the quality of vocational guidance teachers. Therefore, vocational guidance teachers in colleges and universities must possess relevant qualifications to be competent in this work.
