目的检测并分析干扰素抗性株人类乳头瘤病毒的型别。方法于尖锐湿疣局部注射干扰素,在治疗前应用导流杂交技术,对所有的疣体检测人类乳头瘤病毒的型别,并分别对干扰素治疗敏感及抵抗的乳头瘤病毒型别进行统计分析。结果人类乳头瘤病毒6型的治疗抵抗率为9.6%,人类乳头瘤病毒11型的治疗抵抗率却高达31.8%,经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.2792,P<0.05)。结论人类乳头瘤病毒11型较6型更易出现干扰素治疗抵抗。
Objective To detect and analyze the type of interferon resistant human papillomavirus. Methods The genital papilloma was treated with local injection of interferon. Before treatment, flow cytometry was used to detect the type of human papilloma virus (HPV) in all the wart and the type of papillomavirus that was sensitive and resistant to interferon treatment were statistically analyzed . Results The treatment resistance rate of human papillomavirus type 6 was 9.6%, while that of human papillomavirus type 11 was as high as 31.8%. The difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 11.2792, P <0.05). Conclusion Human papillomavirus type 11 is more susceptible to interferon treatment than type 6.
