一、前言滚动轴承在铁道车辆上的应用大体有以下几个部位: (1)各种车辆的车轴; (2)电动车、电力机车的牵引电机; (3)驱动装置(齿轮、力矩转换器等动力传递装置); (4)辅助旋转设备(电动发电机、鼓风机等); (5)附属机器(受电弓、拉门滑轮等)。在这些轴承中,对车辆运转最重要的是车轴及牵引电动机用的轴承,它们一般采用油脂润滑。日本国铁的车轴轴承,自战后决定以滚动轴承取代滑动轴承以来,已大量采用了各种类型的双列圆锥滚子轴承及双列圆柱滚子轴承。现在,除二轴车外,各种车辆大部分均采用了滚动轴承。
