(一)前言干燥收缩值(简称干缩值),是加气混凝土制品的重要性能指标之一。在实际生产中为了确保产品的质量必须控制加气混凝土的干缩值。为此,国内外学者在这方面做了大量工作,制定了一系列测量加气混凝土制品干缩值的试验方法。许多国家测量加气混凝土干缩值的实验条件是温度为20℃,相对湿度为43%(简称20℃法),但这种方法需要的恒温恒湿条件是不容易达到的。我国部标准 JC271—80《加气混凝土干燥收缩值快速试验方法》规定的试验条件是温度为50℃,相对湿度为30%(简称50℃
(I) Introduction Drying shrinkage (abbreviated as dry shrinkage) is one of the important performance indicators for aerated concrete products. In order to ensure product quality in actual production, the dry shrinkage of aerated concrete must be controlled. To this end, domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of work in this area, and developed a series of test methods for measuring the dry shrinkage value of aerated concrete products. The experimental conditions for measuring dry shrinkage of aerated concrete in many countries are as follows: temperature is 20°C and relative humidity is 43% (abbreviated as 20°C method), but the constant temperature and humidity conditions required by this method are not easily achieved. China’s Ministry of Standard JC271-80 “Rapid Aeration Dry Shrinkage Test Method” specifies the test conditions is a temperature of 50 °C, relative humidity of 30% (abbreviation 50 °C
