随着市场经济的不断发展,我国经济水平得到快速增长,国内企业之间正以隐性搏斗的形式,竞争着每一个发展机会,市场竞争日趋激烈。在信息化时代的今天,燃气企业面临着诸多的挑战与机遇,不仅要实现经济的可持续发展,还要考虑低碳经济下的发展模式。特别是在环境保护方面,燃气企业既面临着挑战,同时也遇到了机遇。然而,燃气企业如何发挥自身的优势,去把握这种机遇,是当前燃气企业管理者急需深思并付诸行动的一个问题。在燃气企业当中最为关键的就是内部控制,这对于燃气企业的资金管理有着十分重要的影响,燃气企业管理者必须强化内部控制的环节,深入认识内部控制环节在资金管理中的作用及意义,并切实有效地完善自身内部控制体系,才能在国内外市场占据一席之地。本文深入分析内部控制在燃气企业资金管理中的应用,为燃气企业提升竞争优势及可持续发展提供借鉴。
With the continuous development of the market economy, the economy of our country has enjoyed rapid growth. The domestic enterprises are now competing for each development opportunity in the form of recessive struggle, and the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. In the information era, gas companies are facing many challenges and opportunities, not only to achieve sustainable economic development, but also consider the development model under the low-carbon economy. Especially in environmental protection, gas companies face both challenges and opportunities. However, how gas companies exert their own advantages to seize this opportunity is an urgent issue that gas managers need to ponder and put into action. Among the gas companies, the most important one is internal control, which has a very important influence on the fund management of the gas enterprises. The gas enterprise managers must strengthen the internal control links, understand the function and significance of the internal control in the fund management Effectively improve their own internal control system, in order to occupy a place in the domestic and foreign markets.
