采用XRD、IR等分析手段进行了工业蛭石的热双氧水化学膨胀性及用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(HDTMA.B r)为插层剂的蛭石的有机插层性能研究。结果表明:30%浓度的双氧水使蛭石层间距由1.46 nm增大到2.68 nm,膨胀效果显著;在240%(质量分数)CEC(阳离子交换容量)的HDTMA.B r加入量、加热温度80℃、保温时间0.5 h的最佳有机插层条件下,原样蛭石层间距从1.46 nm增加到4.32 nm,膨胀蛭石由2.68 nm增加到4.36 nm,表明经双氧水膨胀后的蛭石插层效果更显著。
The chemical expansibility of thermal hydrogen peroxide of industrial vermiculite and the organic intercalation property of vermiculite with hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide (HDTMA.Br) as intercalation agent were studied by XRD, IR and other analytical methods. The results showed that the swelling effect of the vermiculite layer increased from 1.46 nm to 2.68 nm with the concentration of 30% H 2 O 2 and the HDTMA.B r content was 240% (mass fraction) CEC (cation exchange capacity). The heating temperature was 80 ℃ and holding time 0.5 h, the original vermiculite spacing increased from 1.46 nm to 4.32 nm and the expanded vermiculite increased from 2.68 nm to 4.36 nm, indicating that the intercalation effect of vermiculite after hydrogen peroxide expansion More significant.
