目前我国宏观经济结构中的一个突出矛盾就是产业结构不合理,能源、原材料等工业部门的发展落后于加工工业部门;第三产业的发展落后于其他产业,农业的发展远远落后于整介国民经济的发展。这种不合理的产业结构所造成的失衡,严重影响了整个国民经济的协调发展及其增长速度,究其原因,最根本的一点就在于,我们长期以来对社会主义商品经济缺乏正确的认识,否认社会主义经济的商品经济特性,否认商品经济规律的作用,特别是否认曾在资本主义商品经济中起重要调节作用的平均利润规律的作用。然而平均利润规律是发达商品经济中的一条普遍规律。它的客观性是不容否定的。
