目的:研究过敏性鼻炎患儿淋巴细胞亚群与血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平变化及其临床意义,为临床诊疗提供依据。方法:选取2015年6月到2016年6月我院收治的过敏性鼻炎患儿103例为研究组,另选取同期健康体检者103例为对照组,应用流式细胞技术检测CD3~+、CD4~+、CD19~+、CD8~+、CD4~+CD25~+水平,应用酶联免疫吸附法检测白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-5(IL-5)和干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平,应用免疫比浊法检测IgE水平,对比两组淋巴细胞亚群水平、血清中IL-4、IL-5、IFN-γ水平及IgE水平的变化,并分析其相关性。结果:研究组CD3~+、CD4~+、CD8~+、CD4~+CD25~+显著低于对照组,CD19~+显著高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组IL-4、IL-5水平显著高于对照组,IFN-γ水平显著低于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组IgE水平显著高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);相关性分析显示:CD19~+与IgE水平呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:淋巴细胞亚群失衡、血清IgE均与过敏性鼻炎有关,在过敏性鼻炎发生和发展中发挥重要作用。
Objective: To study the changes and clinical significance of lymphocyte subsets and serum immunoglobulin E (IgE) in children with allergic rhinitis and provide basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: A total of 103 children with allergic rhinitis treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the study group. Another 103 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. Flow cytometry was used to detect CD3 ~ +, CD4 (IL-4), interleukin-5 (IL-5) and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) -γ) levels were measured. IgE levels were measured by immunoturbidimetry. The levels of IL-4, IL-5, IFN-γ and IgE in serum were compared between the two groups, and their correlations were analyzed. Results: The levels of CD3 ~ +, CD4 ~ +, CD8 ~ + and CD4 ~ + CD25 ~ + in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while the levels of CD19 ~ + in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group The levels of IL-4 and IL-5 in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the levels of IFN-γ in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The levels of IgE in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group Statistical significance (P <0.05). Correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between CD19 ~ + and IgE (P <0.05). Conclusion: The imbalance of lymphocyte subsets and serum IgE are all related to allergic rhinitis, which play an important role in the occurrence and development of allergic rhinitis.
