假如一个人从来不感冒不发烧,能否算是身体健康?回答是否定的。因为“身体健康”包含两层意思:一是体魄健康,二是心理健康。若一个人只是身体结实,而他每天总是忧愁苦闷,那么,这种人不能算是个“健康人”。 心理学家指出,一个心理健康的人,应当符合以下九条标准:一、对现实具有敏锐的知觉;二、保持人格的完整与和谐;三、热爱生活、他人和大自然;四、在所处的环境中能保持独立和宁静;五、注意基本的哲学和道德的理论;六、对于最平常的事物如朝旭夕阳,都能经常保持兴趣;七、能和少数人建立深厚的友情,并乐于助人;八、具有民主、创造性和幽默感;九、能承受欢乐与忧伤的考验。
