通过对护理技能教学中落实小组学习方式进行探究,表明小组学习在新教学形式中,可以迎合护理教学理念以及临场实践的教学需求。在开展《护理学基础》教学时,可以将护理技能教学划分成两种教学方式,一种是小组教学,另一种是教学考核,进而满足《护理学基础》教学需求,实现当前护理教学全面改革,满足合作学习特性。在落实教学目标的同时,只能对学生的合作能力进行培养,进而提升学生们自主学习意识,实现护理技能教学水平的全面提升。希望通过本文的阐述,可以给相关领域提供些许的参考。
By investigating the implementation of group learning methods in teaching of nursing skills, it is shown that in the new teaching forms, group learning can cater to the teaching concept of nursing teaching and the teaching needs of on-the-spot practice. Nursing skills teaching can be divided into two kinds of teaching methods, one is group teaching, the other is teaching assessment, so as to meet the teaching needs of “Nursing Foundation”, to achieve the current comprehensive nursing education Reform, to meet the characteristics of cooperative learning. At the same time of implementing the teaching goal, we can only cultivate students ’ability to cooperate, so as to enhance students’ self-learning awareness and achieve an overall improvement in the teaching of nursing skills.
