近年来,我国装潢美术领域里的商业美术设计,有了长足的进步。一般地说,生产的物质财富能不能以更高代价换回货币,商品的实用价值及其实际质量是主要方面,但在一定程度上也直接受商品宣传推广工作的影响。商业和商品宣传从属于经济的发展,它受经济条件的制约。商业美术在不同国度和不同地域里,伴随其民族文化形成自己的艺术特色;它除了广泛采用现代的科学技术为表现手段外,在美术设计上,也在发展着商业美术自己的表现技巧。人们需要有理想的精神境界,需要有美好的精神情操,需要有高级的精神营养,只有受到这方面的滋润、熏陶,社会精神生活才能文明高尚。
