本文观察了23名少年田径班学员800米记分赛前后的心电图改变。安静时心电图均正常,运动后达到或超过次极量级水平;发现P-R和Q-T间期相应缩短,仅个别反而延长;P波和T波振幅一般多增高;R波振幅则降低;部份J点下降,但下降程度和ST段压低都未达心肌缺血的阳性标准。认为心电图对运动员运动时心功能的监测指标,除常规的ST段缺血型压低或抬高、病理性T波倒置、u波倒置及严重的心律失常外,P-R间期或Q-T间期延长超过心率相应的预计值及R波振幅增高均有一定意义。
This article examines the 23 young athletics class 800 meters before and after the scoring changes in ECG.
