目的研究并探讨微波消融术(MWA)治疗良性甲状腺结节的近期临床效果。方法选取2016年1月~2016年5月接受MWA治疗的良性甲状腺结节期患者56例作为研究对象,术前均行超声引导下甲状腺细针穿刺活检确定为良性甲状腺肿瘤,对56例患者84枚甲状腺良性结节,采用局部浸润麻醉经超声引导下行MWA治疗。治疗后1,3,6,12个月观察病灶变化,测量消融区体积,计算体积缩小率,观察并发症。结果56例84枚甲状腺结节微波消融治疗顺利完成,无中转开放手术,无严重并发症发生,其中5例感觉术中牙痛,3例感觉肩部疼痛,消融结束后症状均减轻,次日无明显不适,无出血及感染发生,未发现声音嘶哑及饮水呛咳等远期并发症病例,术后随访甲状腺结节体积明显缩小(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下MWA治疗良性甲状腺结节疗效确切,无明显严重并发症,值得临床推广。
Objective To study and evaluate the recent clinical results of microwave ablation (MWA) in the treatment of benign thyroid nodules. Methods From January 2016 to May 2016, 56 patients with benign thyroid nodules treated with MWA were enrolled in this study. Thyroid fine needle aspiration biopsy guided by ultrasound was preoperatively performed on 56 patients, 84 The benign thyroid nodules, the use of local infiltration anesthesia guided MWD downlink treatment. At 1, 3, 6 and 12 months after treatment, the change of lesion was observed, the volume of ablation zone was measured, the volume reduction rate was calculated, and complications were observed. Results 56 cases of 84 thyroid nodules were successfully completed by microwave ablation. There was no open surgery and no serious complications were found. Among them, 5 cases had sensory intraoperative toothache, 3 cases felt shoulder pain and all symptoms disappeared after ablation, Obvious discomfort, no bleeding and infection occurred, no hoarse voice and cough and drinking and other long-term complications were found. The volume of thyroid nodules was significantly reduced after operation (P <0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound guided MWA treatment of benign thyroid nodules exact effect, no significant serious complications, worthy of clinical promotion.
