以85个单片段代换系为材料,其受体亲本为广陆矮4号,供体亲本为日本晴。通过单因素方差分析和Dunnett’s多重比较,分析单片段代换系与受体亲本之间穗粒数的差异,对代换片段上的穗粒数QTL进行鉴定。以P≤0.001为阈值共检测到27个穗粒数QTLs,分布于除第10染色体外的其他11条染色体上。其中,2个QTLs的加性效应表现为减效作用,另外25个穗粒数QTLs的加性效应表现为增效作用。其加性效应值的变化范围为-37.5~96.9,加性效应百分率的变化范围为-29.07%~88.57%。为进一步发掘和利用新的水稻穗粒数QTL奠定基础。
The 85 single-segment substitution lines were used as materials. The recipient parent was Guanglu Dwarf 4 and the donor parent was Nipponbare. One-way ANOVA and Dunnett’s multiple comparisons were used to analyze the difference of spikelets number between single-segment substitutions and recipient parents, and to identify the QTLs for the number of grains per spike. A total of 27 QTLs for grain number per spike were detected with P≤0.001 as the threshold value and distributed on 11 other chromosomes except chromosome 10. Among them, the additive effects of two QTLs showed a synergistic effect, and the additive effects of the other 25 QTLs were synergistic. The range of additive effect is -37.5 ~ 96.9. The range of additive effect is -29.07% ~ 88.57%. It laid the foundation for further exploration and utilization of new QTL for grain yield per panicle.
