最近研究了一种液压传动的新型摇床,可用于粗粒、细粒和超细粒物料的重选。由于这种摇床的往复运动可按需要选择,因此它既适合粗砂分选,也适合处理矿泥。该设备结构经专门设计,床面加速度可高达6~7g,且不传输至下面机架,所以厂房建筑基础和结构不会受到动力的影响。床面用蜂窝状结构的轻型铝夹层板制成,由于来复条床面浇注成一个整体件,非常坚固,可以避免变形。床面安放在完全无需维修的空气缓冲垫上。床面倾角在工作时用一个小液压缸调整。床面由电子控制的液压缸驱动。与机械传动装置相比,前进速度高,且能急剧减速,逆向加速度较低。由于纵向搬运的速度快,因此每张床面可以获得的固体生产能力较常规摇床高得多。介绍了不同给料的试验厂的分选结果。
Recently, a new hydraulically driven shaker was studied for the re-selection of coarse, fine and ultrafine materials. As this shaker reciprocating motion can be selected as needed, so it is suitable for grit sorting, but also suitable for processing sludge. The structure of the plant has been specially designed with bed speeds of up to 6 to 7 g and no transfer to the following rack, so the plant foundation and structure are not affected by the power. The bed is made of light-weight aluminum sandwich panels in honeycomb structure. Due to the pouring of the bed into a single piece, the bed is very sturdy to avoid distortion. The bed rests on a completely maintenance-free air cushion. Bed inclination at work with a small hydraulic cylinder adjustment. The bed is driven by an electronically controlled hydraulic cylinder. Compared with the mechanical transmission, the forward speed is high, and can be rapidly decelerated, the reverse acceleration is low. Due to the fast vertical handling, the solid capacity available per bed is much higher than conventional shakers. The sorting results of different feeding plants are introduced.
