微波联合光动力疗法治疗男性尿道口尖锐湿疣

目的观察微波联合光动力疗法治疗男性尿道口尖锐湿疣的疗效和不良反应。方法将76例男性尿道口尖锐湿疣患者分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用微波联合光动力治疗,先用微波灼烧较大的疣体组织,再将5-氨基酮戊酸采用自制管状敷药器涂抹在病灶处,保留3 h后采用635 nm红光照射20~30 min,能量密度100 J/cm2;对照组仅采用微波治疗。每周治疗1次,共3周。结果实验组患者经过3次治疗后,治愈率90.6%,复发率9.4%,不良反应主要为照射时尿道灼痛和刺激,术后尿道分泌物增多。对照组患者经过3次微波治疗后,治愈率为39.1%,复发率高达60.9%,不良反应较严重,部分患者出现瘢痕。结论微波联合光动力疗法治疗男性尿道口尖锐湿疣,治愈率高达90.6%,不良反应小。 Objective To observe the efficacy and adverse reactions of microwave combined with photodynamic therapy in treatment of male urethral condyloma acuminatum. Methods A total of 76 male urethral condyloma acuminatum patients were divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was treated with microwave combined with photodynamic therapy. The larger wart body tissues were first burned with microwave, then 5-aminolevulinic acid The applicator was smeared on the lesion and retained for 3 h followed by red light irradiation at 635 nm for 20-30 min with an energy density of 100 J / cm2. The control group was treated with microwave only. Treatment once a week for 3 weeks. Results In the experimental group, the cure rate was 90.6% and the recurrence rate was 9.4% after three treatments. The main adverse reactions were burning and irritation of the urethra during irradiation and increased urethral discharge after operation. After 3 times microwave treatment, the cure rate of the control group was 39.1%, the recurrence rate was as high as 60.9%, and the adverse reactions were more serious. Some patients had scar. Conclusion Microwave combined with photodynamic therapy for male urethral condyloma acuminata, the cure rate as high as 90.6%, adverse reactions.
