今年是实现国有企业改革和脱困三年目标的最后一年,也是最关键的一年。据统计,当前国有大中型施工企业真正按照初步建立现代企业制度要求进行改革的为数不多,中央国有施工企业就更少。究其原因,除了思想认识上的原因外,主要还是外部环境不配套。本文就中央国有施工企业体制改革中的难点问题及解决途径进行探讨。 This year is the final year of the three-year goal of reforming state-owned enterprises and lifting them out of difficulties. According to statistics, there are only a few state-owned large- and medium-sized state-owned construction enterprises that have actually carried out reforms in accordance with the requirements for initially establishing a modern enterprise system.
