人参是一种贵重的中药材,原产我国东北各省。我省近几年亦有引种栽培。但对人参种子的形态特征缺乏了解曾出现不少错种现象。为此,现将人参种子及9种常见的混淆品种子及果实的形态结构特征分述于后,供鉴别人参种子的真伪参考。一、人参Panax ginseng C.A.Mey: 又名山参、圆参。为五加科多年生草本植物,7—8月果实成熟。浆果扁圆形或扁阔椭圆形,顶部凹陷,内具二枚果核,属浆果状双核核果。表面红色,成熟后肉质果皮干燥破裂,分成二个独立的果核。果核长4—6毫米,宽3—4毫米,厚约2毫米。正面观椭圆形,缝面观长椭圆形。表面乳白褐色或米黄色,凹凸不平,从顶部向下有纵沟多条,近果柄处有一小喙。内含1粒种
