毛泽东邓小平农村土地制度思想给我们的启迪主要包括三个方面:我国农村土地制度既不能实行国有化,也不能实行私有化,只能坚持、完善集体所有制;我国农村土地经营制度既不能坚持集体所有集体经营,也不能固化家庭承包经营责任制,只能在稳定家庭承包经营责任制的条件下,不断探索包括土地流转在内的新的经营形式;农村土地制度设计既不能只考虑经济效益,也不能只考虑社会效益,必须将二者有机统一起来。
