目的研究一种杀菌气雾剂的消毒效果及其毒性。方法采用载体喷雾定量杀菌试验和动物试验方法进行了实验室观察。结果用含醋酸氯已定0.927 g/L和体积分数66.2%乙醇的该杀菌气雾剂原液对载体(纯棉布片)上人工污染的金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌直接喷雾消毒作用1.5 min,平均杀灭对数值均>3.00。用该杀菌气雾剂原液对人体皮肤及木质桌面现场喷雾消毒并作用3min,对其表面上自然菌的平均杀灭对数值均>1.00。该杀菌气雾剂的小鼠急性经口毒性LD50>5 000 mg/kg(体重),其原液对大白兔多次皮肤刺激试验为无刺激性,对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验结果阴性,亚急性毒性试验结果血常规和血液生化指标以及组织病理均无异常改变。结论该杀菌气雾剂对细菌繁殖体及真菌具有较好的杀灭效果,毒性低、刺激性小。

Conclusion The bactericidal aerosol has good killing effect on bacterial propagules and fungi, with low toxicity and little irritation.
