本文总结了6例婴儿型进行性脊肌萎缩症,并讨论了引起婴儿软瘫的其他疾病,进行了鉴别诊断。 临床资料 一般资料:男女各3例,就诊年龄3岁2例,5岁2例,7岁1例,9岁1例;发生年龄在出生后1例,6个月1例,1岁2例,1岁半1例,2岁1例。2例有家族史:一例2岁时发病,迄今已3年,其叔叔的二儿子约1岁时患此病;另一例女孩1岁时发病,其姨母的大女儿在1岁多时发现患此病.这2例都经肌电图及其他检查得以确诊。
This article summarizes 6 cases of infantile progressive spinal muscular atrophy and discusses other diseases that cause infantile paralysis and makes a differential diagnosis.
