3月15日至17日,中共中央政治局常委、国务院副总理李克强来到延安、西安,着重就经济运行和结构调整进行考察调研。考察时强调,要按照中央要求,认真贯彻十一届全国人大二次会议精神,以应对国际金融危机、促进经济平稳较快发展为主线,把扩内需、保增长与调结构、上水平有机结合起来,深入推进西部大开发,加快调整经济布局,做大做强特色优势产业,进一步扩大消费,增强经济发展动力和后劲。
