上海银监局持续完善上海银行业纠纷调解中心架构建设,加强制度建设和人才队伍建设,在投诉人与金融机构之间架起一座沟通的桥梁近年来,随着我国金融业务在广度和深度上的发展,在理财、基金、保险等金融消费领域发生的纠纷越发显现出“小额、多发、复杂”的特点,有限的司法、行政资源已无法应对日益繁多的金融消费纠纷。十八届三中全会《关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》中
Shanghai Banking Regulatory Bureau continued to improve the structural construction of Shanghai banking dispute mediation center, strengthened institutional building and talent team building, and set up a bridge of communication between the complainant and financial institutions.
