目的:分析接触航空铆接噪声作业工人听力损伤。方法:对4个车间22个作业点进行监测,对247名接触者进行体检及8个频率段听阈值测定。结果:噪声强度最高为122dB(A);123dB(B);117dB(C),最低为86dB(A);89dB(B);86edB(C),平均为106dB(A);105dB(B);104dB(C)。等效连续A声级强度最高107dB,最低104dB。179人有不同程度的听力损伤(男111;女68),其中10年工龄组导人;20年工龄18人;30年工龄组137人;30年以上工龄组20人。语频段高频段均有损伤53人,语频段正常高频段有损伤124人,语频段有损伤高频段正常2人。结论:为今后航空铆接噪声作业工人的防护和健康监护提供科学依据。
Objective: To analyze the hearing impairment of workers exposed to air riveting noise. Methods: Twenty-two workstations in 4 workshops were monitored, and 247 contact subjects were examined by physical examination and 8 thresholds were measured. Results: The maximum noise level is 122dB (A); 123dB (B); 117dB (C), the lowest is 86dB (A); 89dB (B); 86edB 104dB (C). Equivalent continuous A sound level intensity of the highest 107dB, the lowest 104dB. 179 people have different degrees of hearing impairment (male 111; female 68), of which 10 years of senior leadership group; 18 years of workforce; 30 years of seniority group of 137; 30 years of age group of 20 people. 53 bands were damaged in high frequency band, 124 in high frequency band in normal frequency band, 2 normal in high frequency band in speech band. Conclusion: It provides a scientific basis for the protection and health monitoring of air riveting noise workers in the future.
