制冷机冷凝器的负荷是随着制冷量的变化而变化的,在目前的工程设计中,冷却水泵一般多为定流量运行,在空调系统全年运行中,冷却水的能耗是比较大的。针对这一问题,人们提出了冷却水变流量运行的节能措施,但空调制冷是一项系统工程,影响因素较多,只有通过诸因素的全面分析才能正确评价系统的节能效果。本文针对空调冷却水变流量运行及相关问题进行了综合分析。
Refrigerant condenser load changes with the cooling capacity changes in the current engineering design, the cooling water pump is generally more than the constant flow operation, air-conditioning system in the annual run, the cooling water energy consumption is relatively large . In response to this problem, people put forward energy-saving measures for cooling water to run at variable flow rates. However, air-conditioning and refrigeration is a systematic project with many influencing factors. Only through a comprehensive analysis of various factors can energy-saving effects of the system be correctly evaluated. In this paper, a comprehensive analysis of variable flow cooling air conditioning operation and related issues.
