将OBE理念应用于法学专业实践教学体系的设置、实践方案的设计和实施是法学专业培养目标实现的关键。实践教学改革应当根据实施效果进行反思与改进:通过加强实习、实训基地建设、提升教师实践教学能力、完善质量监控与效果评估机制等措施加强实践教学的实施保障;坚持实践课程或实践环节的设计与安排以培养目标为导向;转变学生学习成果评价模式。
Applying the concept of OBE to setting up the practice teaching system of law major and designing and implementing the practice plan are the keys to the training of law major.
