在我国500余所城市大医院里,“院长难当”的抱怨屡有耳闻。在新旧体制矛盾缠绕下,要想做个政府、患者、职工三方都满意的好院长,确实难上加难。 地处沈阳市的中国医科大学附属第一医院(简称“医大一院),年轻院长马晓伟率先实施“以病人为中心”、探索现代大医院新模式的一系列改革,在初见成效中赢得了“三满意”的评价。 ——主管卫生工作的国务委员彭佩云专门批示:“中国医大一院的改革经验可以向全国医院推荐。”卫生部为此到沈阳召开经验交流会,到会的250多位各级卫生主管部门负责人、大医院院长在无记名问卷调查中,对医大一院的改革举措,和以马晓伟为主的院领导班子一致给予肯定。
