介绍了将SZ1530惯性圆振动筛隔振装置改造采用圆柱螺旋弹簧的特点和优点,并从振动筛的振动分析入手,以频率比的方法导出了隔振圆柱螺旋弹簧的设计计算方法和计算公式。按设计改造后生产应用,当磨机给矿粒度由25~0 mm下降到18~0 mm时,碎磨总电耗可降低11.17%,取得了良好的效果。
This paper introduces the characteristics and advantages of using the cylindrical helical spring to transform the vibration isolation device of the SZ1530 inertial circular vibrating screen. Based on the vibration analysis of the vibrating screen, the design and calculation method and the calculation formula of the isolating cylindrical helical spring are deduced in the frequency ratio method. According to the design and transformation of production and application, when the mill feed ore size decreased from 25 ~ 0 mm to 18 ~ 0 mm, the total power consumption of grinding can be reduced by 11.17%, and achieved good results.
