应用氰氨化钙土壤消毒技术防治黄瓜根腐病,通过病害防治效果、植株生长情况等指标,结合土壤中茄病镰刀菌实时荧光定量PCR检测手段明确氰氨化钙不同剂量处理后病原菌菌量的动态变化,以此评估氰氨化钙土壤消毒防治黄瓜根腐病的施用效果。应用建立优化的荧光定量PCR检测体系监测土壤中茄病镰刀菌带菌量,最低检测量为1×101个拷贝·g~(-1)。研究结果表明,氰氨化钙最佳施药量为120 g·m~(-2),其茄病镰刀菌消毒3 d菌量大幅下降,9 d时降为0,种植黄瓜苗后菌量恢复缓慢,对黄瓜根腐病防治效果为66.56%~74.41%,植株长势良好。
