11日 今年全国交通通信投资调整后为年初计划的1.43倍。通过增加投入,将进一步完善全国综合运输体系。全年交通通信基础设施的投资重点如下:①铁路建设:重点加快南疆线(已铺通),内昆线两个在建项目的建设进度;新开工粤海通道和新长线两个计划内项目,京九南段、兰烟二线等项目提前开工建设。帮助横南铁路、天津煤炭下海铁路通道等地方铁路项目解决资金缺口。增加投入后,今年可加快1354公里在建铁路建设进度,增加铁路建设规模1588公里。 ②公路建设:主要用于“三纵两横”国道主干线和京沈、京沪两条重要路段项目,以及“五纵七横”国道主干线的有关重要项目。今年公路投资总规模可达1900亿元,将加快10451公里在建公路(其中高速公路5196公里)的建设进度,增加公路2927公里(其中高速公路2000公里)。③民航:集中安排投资

With the increase of input, the construction progress of 1,354 km of railway under construction will be accelerated this year, and the railway construction will be increased by 1,588 km. ② Road construction: It is mainly used for important projects of “three longitudinal and two horizontal” national trunk lines, Beijing-Shenyang and Beijing-Shanghai important road sections as well as “five vertical and seven horizontal” national trunk roads. This year, the total investment in highway will reach 190 billion yuan, speeding up construction of 10,451 kilometers of highway under construction (including 5196 kilometers of expressway) and 2,927 kilometers of highways (including 2,000 kilometers of highways). ③ Civil Aviation: focus on investment arrangements
