目的:观察早期整体护理在静脉溶栓治疗中的应用成效.方法:抽选早期急性脑梗死病人80例均分为两组,A组行常规护理,B组行整体护理.结果:护理前两组神经功能缺损(CSS)评分相当,而护理后B组评分高于A组;B组住院时间短于A组,且其不良反应更少,P<0.05.结论:早期选择整体护理能够加速神经功能的恢复,且安全性好.
