1.前言我校液态模锻科研小组走出校门,面向全国进行横向协作。与广东某厂进行了自行车部分主要零件的新产品开发和采用液态模锻新技术。材料选用该厂指定的6063铝合金(相当于我国牌号的 LD 类锻铝合金)。经两年来的努力工作,特别是近半年来的反复实践生产,基本上掌握了用6063铝合金液态模锻自行车零件的技术。我们研制与批量生产的自行车零件是左、右曲柄(带五爪)及把立管。在这三个零件中,五爪右曲柄的形状较为复杂,在批量生产中出现的问题也较多。为此,我们就以五爪右曲柄为例来分析其失效情况。
1. Introduction Our school of liquid forging research team out of school, facing the country horizontal cooperation. And a factory in Guangdong conducted a major part of the bicycle parts of the new product development and the use of liquid forging new technology. Material selection of the plant designated 6063 aluminum alloy (equivalent to China’s grade LD forging aluminum alloy). After two years of hard work, especially in the past six months of repeated practice of production, basically mastered the use of 6063 aluminum alloy forging bicycle parts technology. We developed and mass-produced bicycle parts are left and right crank (with five legs) and the riser. Among the three parts, the shape of the right claw of the five-jaw claw is more complicated and there are more problems in mass production. To this end, we will take the Ipomoea crank as an example to analyze the failure situation.
