目的建立泽漆中总酚酸与没食子酸含量分析的方法,研究重庆产泽漆中总酚酸与没食子酸的含量。方法采用FeCl3-K3[Fe(CN)6]比色法测定泽漆中总酚酸的含量,以没食子酸为对照品,检测波长为720 nm;采用HPLC测定泽漆中没食子酸的含量,色谱柱为Hypersil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(10∶90),流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为270 nm。结果分光光度法测定泽漆总酚酸在6.75~67.5μg内线性关系良好(r=0.999 5),平均加样回收率为97.41%。HPLC测定没食子酸在0.52~5.2μg内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均加样回收率为98.02%。重庆不同产地泽漆中总酚酸与没食子酸的含量均存在一定差异,总酚酸含量为5.327~5.464 mg·g-1,没食子酸含量为0.995~1.087 mg·g-1。结论本方法适用于泽漆中酚酸类物质的质量分析,本研究可以为泽漆的质量控制提供参考。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of total phenolic acids and gallic acid in Ze finish, and to study the content of total phenolic acids and gallic acid in Ze Ze of Chongqing. Methods The content of total phenolic acids was determined by FeCl3-K3 [Fe (CN) 6] colorimetric method. The concentration of gallic acid was determined as 720 nm. The content of gallic acid was determined by HPLC. The column was a Hypersil C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (10:90) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 with a detection wavelength of 270 nm. Results The spectrophotometric method showed good linearity (0.999 5) for the total phenolic acids of Zeu paint in the range of 6.75 ~ 67.5 μg with an average recoveries of 97.41%. The linearity of gallic acid in 0.52 ~ 5.2μg was good (r = 0.999 8) by HPLC. The average recoveries of gallic acid were 98.02%. There were some differences in total phenolic acids and gallic acid content between the two areas in Chongqing from 5.327 to 5.464 mg · g-1 for gallic acid and 0.995 to 1.087 mg · g-1 for gallic acid. Conclusion This method is suitable for the quality analysis of phenolic acids in Ze paint. This study can provide references for the quality control of Ze paints.
