对变速切削过程中颤振频率的变化特征进行了理论和实验分析。结果表明,随着切削速度的连续变化,颤振频率具有跟随和跳跃特性。对额振的预报与控制具有指导意义。
The change characteristics of chatter frequency in variable speed cutting process are analyzed theoretically and experimentally. The results show that with the continuous change of cutting speed, chattering frequency has following and jumping characteristics. It is instructive to forecast and control the frontal vibration.
