乌鲁木齐维吾尔族中学生膳食营养状况分析

目的了解维吾尔族中学生膳食营养状况,为指导维吾尔族中学生合理膳食提供理论支持。方法在乌鲁木齐市7个区各随机选取1所少数民族学校,采用分层整群抽样的方法分别在每所学校初中和高中各年级选取1个少数民族班级,共对42个班级的1 596名维吾尔族中学生进行膳食回顾调查,并对结果进行分析。结果维吾尔族初中生每天食物的摄入量为1 293.95 g,高中生为2 652.1 g。初中男、女生比较,除视黄醇和烟酸差异无统计学意义外(P值均>0.05),其他能量及营养素差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);高中男、女生相比,除烟酸、铁摄入量差异无统计学意义外(P值均>0.05),其他差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。初中生能量摄入充足者占44.2%,蛋白质为58.8%;高中生能量摄入充足者占36.8%,蛋白质为56.8%。结论应调整维吾尔族中学生的膳食结构,积极改善维吾尔族中学生的营养状况。 Objective To understand the nutritional status of Uighur middle school students and provide theoretical support for the reasonable diet of Uighur middle school students. Methods One ethnic minority school was randomly selected in 7 districts of Urumqi. A stratified cluster sampling method was used to select one ethnic minority class in each grade of junior high school and high school in each school. A total of 1 596 students from 42 classes Uighur middle school students review the diet, and analyze the results. Results Uyghur junior high school students daily intake of food was 1 293.95 g, 2 652.1 g for high school students. The differences of other energy and nutrients were statistically significant (P <0.05) except for the difference of retinol and nicotinic acid among boys and girls in junior high school (P <0.05) , With the exception of niacin and iron intake, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05), the other differences were statistically significant (P all <0.05). Junior high school energy intake accounted for 44.2%, protein 58.8%; high school energy intake accounted for 36.8%, protein 56.8%. Conclusion The dietary structure of Uighur middle school students should be adjusted and the nutritional status of Uighur middle school students should be improved.
