无缝线路是大跃进时期在我国试铺,文化大革命以来迅速发展起来的一项新型线路结构,到目前为止,全路已经铺设五千一百多公里。广大铁路工人、干部和科技教学人员在毛主席无产阶级革命路线指引下,以阶级斗争为纲,坚持独立自主、自力更生的方针,为我国无缝线路的发展做出了积极的贡献。实践证明:无缝线路为列车高速、平稳、安全运行提供了可靠的基础,是我国实现铁路现代化的一项重要内容,今后将以更大的步伐向前发展。 为了进一步加强对无缝线路的技术管理,做好养护维修工作,提高设备质量,确保行车安全,铁道部在参考北京铁路局1974年制订的《无缝线路养护维修办法》和总结群众实践经验的基础上,结合科研成果,由生产、科研和教学单位,以三结合方式,拟定了《无缝线路养护维修办法(草案)》,现已通知各铁路局试行。我们现在将这个办法(草案)介绍给读者,供学习、试用。
The seamless line is a new type of line structure developed rapidly in China during the Great Leap Forward and has been rapidly developed since the Cultural Revolution. So far, more than 5,100 kilometers have been laid on the road. Under the guidance of Chairman Mao’s proletarian revolutionary line, the broad masses of railway workers, cadres and science and technology teaching personnel, taking class struggle as the key link and upholding the principle of independence and self-reliance, have made positive contributions to the development of the seamless railway in our country. Practice has proved that the seamless track provides a reliable foundation for the high-speed, smooth and safe operation of the train. It is an important part of our country’s modernization of the railway and will move forward with greater pace in the future. In order to further strengthen the technical management of seamless lines, do maintenance and repair work, improve equipment quality, and ensure traffic safety, the Ministry of Railways refers to the “Seamless Maintenance and Repair Measures” formulated by Beijing Railway Bureau in 1974 and summarizes the practice of the masses Experience, based on the combination of scientific research, production, research and teaching units, with three combinations, the development of “seamless maintenance and repair methods (draft)” has been notified to the trial of the Railway Administration. We now introduce this approach (draft) to readers for learning and trial.
