目的:调查了解陆军边防某部官兵的述情障碍状况及其影响因素。方法:整群随机抽取边防某部官兵241例为观察组,非边防某部官兵400例为对照组。采用军人述情障碍量表对其述情障碍状况进行测评,并分析其影响因素。结果:观察组述情障碍总分、情感表达障碍、情感体验缺失、躯体化倾向因子分值均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);外向性思维和情感应对分值两组比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。多元逐步回归分析结果显示,年龄、职级和军龄进入以述情障碍总分为因变量的回归方程(P<0.05)。结论:边防官兵述情障碍较非边防官兵严重,年龄、职级和军龄是陆军边防官兵述情障碍的主要影响因素。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate and understand the status quo of the impediments and their influencing factors among officers and soldiers of a certain army frontier defense. Methods: A total of 241 randomly selected officers and men of a certain part of the border were selected as the observation group and 400 officers and men of an unilateral border area were selected as the control group. The military condition disorder scale was used to evaluate its condition disorder and its influencing factors were analyzed. Results: The total score of affective disorder, emotional expression disorder, emotional experience loss and somatization tendency factor scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Extroversion thinking and emotional coping scores were not significantly different between the two groups Significant (P> 0.05). Multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that age, rank and military age entered the regression equation with the total score of empathy as dependent variable (P <0.05). Conclusion: The impediments of the frontier defense officers and men are more serious than that of the non-frontier officers’ officers. Age, rank and military age are the main factors affecting the impeachment of the frontier defense officers and men.
