[目的 ]观察 115 0 c Gy6 0 Coγ线腹部照射后小鼠的肠道凋亡细胞数、肠腺存活率与外周血白细胞数的变化 ,探讨辐射损伤肠道与外周血白细胞的关系。 [方法 ]选用 70只 BAL B/c雄性小鼠 ,用 115 0 c Gy6 0 Coγ线进行腹部照射 ,随机分为 7组 ,于照射后的第 6、12、2 4、48、72、96、192 h分别进行外周血象、空肠肠腺内的凋亡细胞数和肠腺存活率测定。 [结果 ]照射后随时间延长外周血白细胞、肠腺内的凋亡细胞数、肠腺存活率呈指数函数减少 ,6~ 96 h肠腺内的凋亡细胞、肠腺存活率与外周血白细胞呈直线相关。[结论 ]115 0 c Gy6 0 Coγ线腹部照射后小鼠的肠道变化 ,可通过观察外周血白细胞数估计肠道损伤情况
[Objective] To observe the changes of gut cell number, intestinal gland viability and peripheral white blood cell count in mice irradiated with 115 0 c Gy6 0 Co γ ray, and to explore the relationship between the intestinal tract and peripheral blood leucocytes in radiation injury. [Methods] Seventy BALB / c male mice were randomly divided into 7 groups and irradiated with 115 0 c Gy6 0 Coγ line at the 6,12,2,48,72,96, Peripheral blood samples were collected at 192 h, and the number of apoptotic cells in gut gut and the survival rate of gut glands were determined. [Result] The number of apoptotic cells and the survival rate of gut glands decreased exponentially with the lengthening of time after irradiation. The survival rates of apoptotic and glandular glands in the glandular gland of 6 ~ 96 h were significantly different from that of peripheral blood leucocytes A linear correlation. [Conclusion] The gut changes of mice after 115 c Gy6 0 Co γ line abdomen irradiation can be estimated by observing the number of peripheral white blood cells
