为了保证锅炉安全经济运行,锅炉的工作压力均应控制在其设计压力之内,并且由安全阀起超压保护作用。但是锅炉蒸汽产量超过其额定蒸发量的问题,却很少被考虑,而这个问题却严重影响着锅炉的安全。造成这种现象的原因是:1.没有测量蒸汽流量的仪表,或是仪表指示不准确。2.个别单位认为只要工作压力不超过设计值,蒸汽的质量、蒸发量的大小无需考虑。并认为锅炉的工作压力越低于设计值,蒸发量就越有超额定蒸发量的能力。
In order to ensure the safe and economical operation of the boiler, the working pressure of the boiler should be controlled within the design pressure and the overpressure protection should be provided by the safety valve. However, the issue of boiler steam production exceeding its rated evaporation is seldom considered, and the problem has seriously affected the safety of the boiler. The reasons for this phenomenon are: 1. There is no meter to measure steam flow, or the meter is not accurate. 2. Individual units that as long as the work pressure does not exceed the design value, the quality of steam, evaporation size need not be considered. And that the working pressure of the boiler is lower than the design value, the more the evaporation capacity over the rated evaporation capacity.
