测定12例慢支肺心病人的肺动咏压以及肺循环时间常数,并观察用消心痛前后30分钟这些指标的变化。发现消心痛能降低肺动脉收缩压、舒张压和平均压外,还能降低肺循环时间常数,平均下降0.36±0.23秒。两者的降低率相关,其相关系数分别为0.60、0.81和0.74。说明消心痛降低肺动脉压力除了通过减低前负荷这一因素之外,还具有直接扩张肺血管,减低肺循环阻力的作用,因而对肺心病的治疗有积极意义。
Pulmonary artery pressure and pulmonary circulation time constant in 12 patients with chronic bronchogenic heart disease were measured. Changes of these indexes were observed 30 minutes before and after the treatment. Found that Xiao Xiao Tong can reduce pulmonary artery systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and mean pressure, but also reduce the pulmonary circulation time constant, an average decline of 0.36 ± 0.23 seconds. Correlation between the two rates was 0.60, 0.81 and 0.74 respectively. Explain Xiao Hua Tong reduce pulmonary artery pressure in addition to reducing the load before this factor, but also has a direct expansion of the pulmonary blood vessels, reducing the role of pulmonary vascular resistance, and thus the treatment of pulmonary heart disease have a positive meaning.
