报道了125I标记的15-(对-碘苯)3-(R,S)-甲基-十五烷酸(BMIP)在SD鼠体内的分布以及血流改变对其在心肌中分布的影响。结果显示,SD鼠心肌摄取125I-BMIPP在5min时为3.86%ID/g,且5-60min保持稳定;30min时心/血、心/肺、心/肝比值分别为1.56、2.08和1.62,而125I-BMIPP在肝脏中的清除则较快。对照组心肌摄取125I-BMIPP及心/血比值分别为3.27±0.32%ID/g和1.56±0.09;与正常对照组相比,双嘧达莫组心肌对125I-BMIPP摄取(3.90±0.25%ID/g)及心/血比值(1.79±0.17)明显增高(P<0.05)。表明BMIPP在心肌中的滞留时间较长且能反映心肌的血流灌注,故BMIPP可作为心肌瘤注示踪剂而适宜于SPECT显像。
The distribution of 125I-labeled 15- (p-iodobenzene) 3- (R, S) -methyl-pentadecanoic acid (BMIP) in SD rats and the effect of blood flow changes on myocardial distribution were reported. The results showed that the uptake of 125I-BMIPP in SD rats was 3.86% ID / g at 5 min, and remained stable at 5-60 min. The heart / blood, heart / lung and heart / liver ratios were 1.56 and 2 .08 and 1.62, whereas 125I-BMIPP cleared faster in the liver. The myocardial uptake of 125I-BMIPP and the ratio of heart / blood in the control group were 3.27 ± 0.32% ID / g and 1.56 ± 0.09, respectively. Compared with the normal control group, BMIPP uptake (3.90 ± 0.25% ID / g) and heart / blood ratio (1.79 ± 0.17) were significantly higher (P <0.05). BMIPP showed that myocardial retention in myocardial longer and can reflect the myocardial perfusion, so BMIPP can be used as a cardiomyopathy tracer and suitable for SPECT imaging.
