利用化学镀方法在碳纳米管表面包覆磁性金属镍-钴合金,得到一维纳米复合材料。研究表明,反应温度和溶液PH值对镀层质量有较大影响。退火处理将大大改善包覆层质量。磁学性质的测量表明,矫顽力较之块状合金有大的增加,可望在高密度磁记录材料中得到应用。
The electroless plating method is used to coat the magnetic metal nickel-cobalt alloy on the surface of the carbon nanotube to obtain a one-dimensional nano-composite material. Studies have shown that the reaction temperature and the PH value of the solution have a greater impact on the quality of the coating. Annealing will greatly improve the quality of the coating. The measurement of magnetic properties shows that the coercive force is greatly increased compared with the bulk alloy and is expected to be applied in high-density magnetic recording materials.
