偏头痛是临床常见疾病,容易反复发作,我科自2004～2009年采用针刺联合西比灵胶囊治疗偏头痛40例,并与单用西比灵胶囊治疗的40例进行对照观察,现报告如下。1临床资料共80例偏头痛病例,全部为我科住院患者,所有病例均符合1998年国际偏头痛会议制定的诊断标准。其中男性39例,女性41例,年龄18～62岁,平均37岁。随机分为治疗组40例,对照组40例,排除脑内器质性疾病,五官科疾病,高血压病,孕妇,哺乳期患者;两组间年
