本文在空气—乙炔焰中,研究了阴离子表面活性剂辛基硫酸钠(SOS)对铬原子吸收光谱分析行为的影响。试验了表面活性剂浓度与铬吸光度的关系。并初步探讨了SOS对铬(Ⅲ)和铬(Ⅵ)原子化影响的机理。确定了同时分别测定不同价态铬的条件。为试样中铬(Ⅲ)和铬(Ⅵ)的同时测定提供了一个新的快速、准确的方法。应用于工厂污水中铬的测定,结果满意。
In this paper, the effect of anionic surfactant sodium octylsulfate (SOS) on the atomic absorption spectrometric analysis of chromium was studied in air-acetylene flame. The relationship between surfactant concentration and chromium absorbance was tested. The effects of SOS on atomization of chromium (Ⅵ) and chromium (Ⅵ) were also discussed. The conditions of simultaneous determination of different valences of chromium were determined. It provides a new and rapid and accurate method for the simultaneous determination of chromium (Ⅲ) and chromium (Ⅵ) in the sample. Used in the determination of chromium in the factory effluent, with satisfactory results.
