图1所示为微型电机前、后盖,零件经整形后,相隔90°冲制四个内凹筋,作为电机硅钢片的定位基准。简易冲内凹筋模具见图2,其工作过程是:将零件安放在定位件18上,启动冲床,上模下行,凸模固定座10在弹簧6的作用下压紧零件。上模继续向下运动,斜楔圈14推动冲筋凸模15轴向运动,并对零件冲筋。上模回升时,冲筋凸模15在弹簧16的作用下复位,然后取出零件。
