江南丝竹是我国很有特色的地方乐种,江南丝竹在题材范围、形式结构和审美观念上,都有自己独特的风格和特性,在曲调、节奏、配器、音色等方面,亦都有自己一整套约定俗成的手法。如何在创作中突出这些个性,使其有别于其它音乐体裁,同时又运用一些音乐艺术上的共性原则,来丰富、完善这一乐种,使它有别于以往的民间自娱性,而更具专业性,这些正是顾冠仁对江南丝竹创作的思考。他从六十年代创作的弹乐合奏《三六》,到近几年创作的丝竹乐《春晖曲》、《绿野》等,便是在这方面的具体实践。《绿野》是顾冠仁今年创作的一首江南丝竹乐曲,
