医疗用品消毒不合格、被污染是造成医源性感染众多因素中的主要原因,从本院调查资料看紫外线灯的合格率仅为24.7%,医院常用的酒精、过氧化物类、季胺盐类消毒剂在配制、使用及有效浓度、合理更换等方面都不同程度存在一些问题,医院物体表面及工作人员的手带菌数也均超过《消毒管理办法》规定的标准,提示医护人员必须重视消毒工作,建立自检体系、执行消毒工作监督管理,保证消毒工作质量,以避免或减少医院感染的发生。
