表面干燥砂型与湿型相比,表面强度高、表面层湿度小,浇注铸件就不易产生气孔、粘砂、夹砂和冲砂等缺陷。它与干型相比,节省了燃料和电力,缩短了生产周期,改善了工作环境和劳动条件。本厂从1966年投入铸钢生产以来,一直采用表面干燥砂型铸造各种工矿配件毛坯。1978年以来本厂承接了批量较大的耐高压铸件,属石油机械上的采油井口设备,主要零件有三种。现以大四通为例(图1),谈我们是如何选择工艺参数,达到图纸各项规定,生产出耐压致密铸件的。
