长风机械总厂生产的数控线切割机的加工程序是通过光电机输入的,我们刚开始使用时,觉得性能很不稳定,输入信号经常出错,虽然用示波器可以调整六个光电转换器输出波形,使其成为理想的P_s脉冲波形。波形虽经调整但用纸带送数时还会出错、报警。只有在纸带速度很慢的情况下方能正确送数,这样影响了生产的正常进行。后来经分析研究,在用示波器调整时,是分别调整各光电转换器,虽然输出波形好,但P_(10)~P_(15)各光电转换输出信号不能很好同步,从而影响了送数的准确性。
